KING OF PRUSSIA, PA, January 16, 2026 International Ministries Announces Three Key Leadership AppointmentsInternational Ministries (IM) is pleased to announce three strategic appointments that will strengthen the organization's mission engagement, event development, and communications efforts. Jill Lowery has been named Mission Advocate and Church Relations Manager. Lowery brings three decades of field experience to the role, having served alongside her husband as IM global servants in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Most recently, she was a member of IM’s development team. In her new position, Lowery will guide global servants in building and sustaining their support networks while partnering with churches to deepen their understanding of international missions and opportunities for involvement. "Once we came home after 30 years in the field, we looked back and were astounded that so many people signed on to help support the calling God placed on us," Lowery said. "It's easy for me to have a lot of gratitude when it comes to our churches, and it's been so rewarding to help train global servants in the strategies that will help them better tell their stories." Joyce Bagiraneza has been named Events Manager, where she will oversee the planning and execution of signature gatherings including the World Mission Conference. Bagiraneza previously served on IM's development team and brings extensive experience with both International Ministries and American Baptist Churches. She holds a master's degree in hospitality management and is known for her attention to detail and "I love seeing all the details come together – it's really beautiful to see," Bagiraneza said. "I'm excited to be back in event management at an organization that I love so much." Jeremy Fackenthal has been appointed Marketing & Communications Director. In this role, Fackenthal will lead IM's communications initiatives, with a focus on storytelling that fosters a deeper understanding of IM’s work and its impact around the world. Jeremy has extensive experience as videographer and photographer and a long history with IM, having served as producer of the World Mission Conference since 2016. Prior to his time with IM, Jeremy worked in other nonprofits in a “I’m excited to support IM in this role and help share how God is working through our global servants and partners,” Fackenthal said.
