Purpose Statement |

American Baptist Men of Nebraska, also known as"ABMNE", has been established to:
- bring men into a vital relationship with Jesus Christ,
- share information about and encourage participation in the mission of the American Baptist Churches of Nebraska,
- encourage men to use their gifts and ministry at home, at work, and in their community,
- strengthen the spiritual life of men through fellowship, caring, study and prayer,
- design service programs and projects that utilize men's gifts and ministry,
- encourage men to join with their Pastors in shared ministry,
- provide training in basic skills which men can use in their ministries,
- help clarify men's roles and identity in today's world,
- provide for the education and training of men and women in religious principles, evangelism and ministry,
- prepare them for spreading the Christian message to the world.
