Many have asked about possible associate region minister staffing alignment for ABC Nebraska. For 2024 we will be applying a similar staffing model as we experienced in 2023 during our season of transition. Our hope is to recruit and deploy additional part-time Associate Region Ministers from within our ABC NE family of congregations in 2024 as need develops and budget allows.
Candidates for such roles should be have a strong relationship with Jesus, be a member of an ABC NE congregation, utilize their unique gifts for ongoing ministry of ABC NE to encourage, challenge, and empower our local churches to be transforming Christian communities. Candidates will support and promote the work of the Nebraska region, Moses Merrill Camp and Conference Center, and our ministry partners across ABCUSA. They will help plan and execute region sponsored events including state convention, pastor conferences, and other church training events. These part time opportunities will average 7-10hours a week (up to 40 hours a month).
